By downloading, installing, or using Tree Identifier ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
Description of Service
Tree Identifier is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to help users identify tree species from photographs. The App provides:
- AI-powered tree identification from photos
- Detailed information about identified tree species
- History tracking of your identifications
- PDF export functionality
Subscriptions and Payments
Tree Identifier offers both free and premium features:
- Free Tier: Limited access to basic identification features
- Weekly Plan: $3.99 per week
- Monthly Plan: $9.99 per month
- Lifetime Access: $19.99 one-time purchase

Subscription Terms
- Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase
- Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
Acceptable Use
When using Tree Identifier, you agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the App
- Not use the App to violate any laws or regulations
- Not distribute or share your subscription access with others
Accuracy Disclaimer
While we strive for high accuracy in tree identification, Tree Identifier is provided for informational and educational purposes only. The App:
- Should not be relied upon as the sole source for plant identification
- May not accurately identify all tree species
- Should not be used to determine if a plant is safe to consume
- Is not a substitute for professional botanical advice
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to design, graphics, text, and code, are the exclusive property of NextPixel Apps and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextPixel Apps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NextPixel Apps from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
